Pay: $19–$22 per hour, based on experience.

Kaufman's Auto Repairs is a family-owned automotive repair facility serving Sarasota and Manatee counties. With 17 years in business, we are known for honesty, professionalism, quality workmanship, and treating our customers like family.
We are looking for a friendly, organized, dependable individual to join our team and help deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and schedule customer appointments.
- Greet customers and assist with vehicle check-in and check-out.
- Perform vehicle intake inspections and take photographs.
- Open repair orders and document customer concerns.
- Assist with basic service estimates and parts information.
- Make thank-you calls and follow up with customers who declined recommended services.
- Contact past customers through our We Miss You program.
- Follow up on outstanding estimates.
- Request Google reviews from satisfied customers.
- Scan invoices and email paperwork to our accounting company.
- Assist with general office and administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Friendly, professional telephone personality.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound customer calls.
- Able to multitask and work independently.
- Basic computer skills.
- Automotive experience preferred but not required.
- Tekmetric experience is a plus.
